- Implement customer engagement campaigns on owned platforms for the Brand team, covering one or more Lines of Business – redBus, rYde, and redRail.
- Oversee the entire process of planning and launching Customer Lifecycle Management marketing Campaigns for the India market, International markets, and any New Lines of Business.
- Define the structure of events for marketing automation tools, and collaborate with the tech/product team for event configuration.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools like MoEngage and Clevertap is a must.
- Configure, validate, and report campaigns using marketing automation tools. Develop a Customer Lifecycle Management strategy (content, frequency, touch points) for both new and existing segments.
- Fine-tune targeting, communication, and channels for current and upcoming campaigns.
- Analyze data from Campaigns, Business, Source, Events, Google Analytics, and other relevant sources to suggest new customer segments for enhancing Customer Lifecycle Management performance.
- Handle impromptu Customer Lifecycle Management marketing campaigns on Push, Email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
- Extract customer data through SQL queries from Automation tools and data servers for data analysis and campaign execution.
- Keep track of customer loyalty metrics and campaign performance on a weekly/daily basis.
- Supervise various external vendors and agencies for the execution and evaluation of Customer Lifecycle Management campaigns.
