1. Application Support: Provide primary support for web applications, ensuring their smooth functioning and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Java applications, both for consumers and internal stakeholders, following established process specifications and operating procedures.
3. Job Management: Create, schedule, and monitor jobs, and troubleshoot them as necessary. This includes going through logs and tracing back to the source code to identify and rectify issues.
4. Incident Management: Take charge of managing and resolving production incidents, which encompass system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects, and end-user support.
5. Operations Execution: Execute day-to-day operations using ticketing tools and established processes, ensuring that the appropriate documentation is maintained in accordance with SLA specifications.
6. Application Testing: Be responsible for testing application features and have an understanding of relevant testing tools.
