- Customization and Development:
- Collaborate with developers and business units to design and implement custom solutions within the Customer Service Module.
- Ensure configurations align with customer service processes and business objectives.
- Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
- Monitor the performance and availability of the Customer Service Module.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other relevant tools, applications, and systems to create a seamless customer service ecosystem.
- Security and Compliance:
- Maintain security standards and compliance within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring data privacy and access controls.
